"... a one-of-a-kind talent."
Rachel is a one-of-a-kind talent. Not only does she posses a strong desire to learn, but she also has a solid work ethic. Often, she would ask for MORE work to do. She never backed down from a challenge or a tight deadline and quickly earned my trust that she could handle the fast-paced, ever-changing world of Advertising. Impressive for an intern just out of school.
Her tasks at MSK were quite varied. She ideated, created and produced work for our top clients mainly working in traditional media. She's quite skilled using the Adobe Creative Suite. Especially Photoshop. Ask to see her calendar.
To go along with her solid work ethic, she's a delight to be around and will be an immediate asset to any team.
- Noah Gregg, Senior Art Director, MSK
"...a natural creative talent"
Rachel is that ray of sunshine that brightens everyone’s day. Eager, enthusiastic, charismatic — she effortlessly exudes confidence and positivity that inspires everyone she’s around. With a natural creative talent, Rachel is never short on ideas. If she doesn’t know how to do something, she’ll learn it. That’s just who she is.
- Brian Hayes, Teacher and Internship Coordinator at Ball State University
"...An asset to any organization she joined"
Rachel was the first creative director for Adapt, a student run ad agency on Ball State’s campus, and she played an integral part in building the organization from the ground up. She managed multiple student teams and fostered an educational environment that allowed our students to improve their skills while solving client problems. Her superior design skills allowed our agency to produce professional quality work for our clients. Rachel was extremely easy to work with and was a very effective leader. She would be an asset to any organization she joined.

"My husband and I are so glad we chose Rachel Giese Photography!"
My husband and I are so glad we chose Rachel Giese Photography for our Engagement and Wedding day pictures! I cannot stress enough just how easy it was to work with Rachel. She was very professional, creative and made our special days even more enjoyable. Being that we didn't know much about photography, it was so nice to have Rachel help us through the process with some of her own creative ideas...and they turned out wonderful! I still look at those beautiful engagement and wedding pictures on our walls and love that we have captured those moments forever. We will absolutely have Rachel as our photographer for any of our photography needs in the future.

"Her personality and work ethic rubbed off on anyone she interacted with"
I had the pleasure of working with Rachel during our time together as advertising students at Ball State University. It truly was a privilege to see her come into project work meetings every day and share her passion for whatever it was that we were working on. Her personality and work ethic rubbed off on anyone she interacted with and group members were better because of it. I couldn't be happier to have been able to work and learn with her, not to mention being able to call her one of my very best friends!
